Job summary

Warburtons is seeking Warehouse Team Members for the Blackpool site (Squires Gate) on a full-time, fixed-term basis until January 2027. Hours are 09:30–18:30, Tuesday to Friday, with potential peak-period adjustments.

You will join a fast-paced team, handling a variety of warehousing tasks while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires willingness to work flexible shifts, prior FMCG experience, solid numeracy, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible shift pattern, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience in a similar role within FMCG.
• Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy.
• Ability to work safely and consider the safety of others.
• Demonstrates attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Support: You will provide basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example.
• Compliance: You will comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and working practices.
• Equipment Operation: You will take responsibility for operating a wide range of equipment across the operation to deliver site standards.
• Quality Products: You will adhere to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.
