The WEB at Rockingham, is our new 528,000 shared user facility, designed to deliver highly automated end-to-end eFulfilment services to multiple customers,enabled by a cloud-based WMS.

We are looking for 10 x experienced Warehouse Team Managers to support with peak delivery, on fixed term contracts until 31stJanuary 2025.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, Warehouse Team Managers lead and motivate our teams of warehouse operatives, to achieve and where possible exceed KPI’s, delivering to a high level on time, quality and cost and in line with customer service expectations.

Shifts are any 5 from 7 and weekly rotating: 06.00am – 14.00pm / 14.00pm – 22.00pm

Starting salary between £28,000 and £30,000 dependant on experience

How will you contribute?

• Motivate and manage a team of warehouse operatives across various shift patterns.
• Ensuring teams are working to achieve and where possible exceed KPI’s delivering a high level on time, on cost and in line with customer service expectations.
• Championing health and safety best practice across the site ensuring all teams work in line with processes to keep everyone safe, implementing a safety-first culture.
• Responsible for clearly cascading working procedures and escalating any issues that arise.
• Manage absence, conduct and performance issues in line with company policies with the support of the people team.
• Assist in the recruitment and induction of new colleagues with support of the people teams.
