The WEB at Rockingham is our new 528,000 sq ft shared user facility, designed to deliver highly automated end-to-end eFulfilment services to multiple customers, enabled by a cloud-based WMS.

We are looking for 10 experienced Warehouse Team Managers to support peak delivery on fixed-term contracts until 31st January 2025.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, Warehouse Team Managers lead and motivate teams of warehouse operatives to achieve and exceed KPIs, delivering high standards in time, quality, and cost, aligned with customer service expectations.

Shifts are any 5 from 7, with weekly rotation: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00.

Starting salary between £28,000 and £30,000, depending on experience.

How will you contribute?

1. Motivate and manage a team of warehouse operatives across various shift patterns.
2. Ensure teams achieve and exceed KPIs, delivering high standards on time, within budget, and meeting customer service expectations.
3. Champion health and safety best practices across the site, ensuring all teams work safely and fostering a safety-first culture.
4. Clearly communicate working procedures and escalate issues as needed.
5. Manage absence, conduct, and performance issues in line with company policies, with support from the people team.
6. Assist in recruiting and inducting new colleagues, supported by the people teams.
