Job Description:

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost-effective management of the warehouse operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the daily warehouse operation and enable the required level of service to be provided to the customer at all times.

Responsibilities

You will ensure the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch of goods are conducted correctly, maintaining productivity levels and staying within budget, while ensuring a safe working environment through effective team management.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have working knowledge of warehouse functions within the FMCG distribution industry, understanding of business and operational aspects of depot warehouse supervision, and general knowledge of transport functions is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, the ability to train and manage colleagues, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
