As Warehouse Team Manager, you'll work as part of a team responsible for managing operations, the warehouse, and most importantly, the people. Recognising good work and keeping the team motivated will be your priority. You'll lead the team, prioritising safety and working towards shared goals of delivering excellent service.

Some of the Key Responsibilities

• Coaching the team to reach their full potential
• Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages at the right time
• Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety, and service
• Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets
• Carrying out quality investigations

Throughout all activities, you'll promote and manage safety. Ensuring goods are picked, numbered, and stocked safely and efficiently, and maintaining company equipment for maximum productivity will be essential. Most importantly, you'll role model our values, especially during challenging times. Warehouses at Bidfood are fast-paced, and we're looking for someone who cares about the team and the quality of service we deliver.
