As Warehouse Team Manager, you'll work as part of a team responsible for managing operations, the warehouse, and most importantly, the people! Recognising good work and keeping the team motivated will be your priorities. You will lead with safety at the forefront and work towards shared goals of delivering the best service.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Coaching the team to reach their full potential
• Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages at the right time
• Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety, and service
• Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets
• Carrying out quality investigations

And no matter what you're doing, you'll always promote and manage safety. You'll ensure goods are picked, numbered, and stocked safely and efficiently by managing the team. You will also look after company equipment, maintaining and organising it to reach maximum productivity. Most importantly, you'll role model our values, especially through challenging times. Our warehouses are fast-paced, and we're looking for someone who cares about the team and the quality of service we deliver.
