A leading food distribution company in Hemel Hempstead seeks a Warehouse Team Manager to oversee and motivate a team in a multi-temperature warehouse. This role involves ensuring adherence to processes, driving performance, and maintaining team welfare. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in warehouse operations and team leadership. Salary £39,000 and great benefits package!
Hours Sun - Thu 06:30 - 14:30 (40 hours per week)

Motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives, administrators and hygienists, you'll make sure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs as it should.
You'll oversee the welfare of the team and be accountable for everything from monitoring adherence to process, to team performance and engagement.
Accountable for a range of key metrics, through influencing your team to achieve you'll help keep standards high and customers happy.
