A satisfying role

Motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives, administrators, and hygienists, you'll ensure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs smoothly. You'll oversee team welfare and be accountable for monitoring adherence to processes, team performance, and engagement. By influencing your team to achieve key metrics, you'll help maintain high standards and keep customers satisfied.

What you bring to the role

With experience in leading, coaching, and driving team performance, you should have:

• A good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety regulations, policies, and food safety standards
• The ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague feedback
• A customer-centric approach
• Effective change management skills within a team and the ability to influence organizational goals
• The ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders
