About the role

The Warehouse Team Manager supports the site management team in managing warehouse operations efficiently and cost-effectively. You will oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure excellent service to customers at all times.

Ensure the correct receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods within productivity and budget targets, maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.

Candidate requirements

Successful candidates will have knowledge of warehouse functions within the FMCG distribution industry, including business and operational aspects of supervising a depot warehouse. Knowledge of transport operations is advantageous.

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and train colleagues are essential. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes is also required.
