About Your Role:

We are pleased to offer Warehouse & Logistics Team Manager roles at our Distribution site, which employs over 1000 colleagues across a 24/7 operation.

Your role as Warehouse Team Manager involves engaging and communicating with your team to ensure efficient operations in all areas such as goods in, picking, and loading. You will leverage your experience managing fast-paced FMCG logistics or warehouse teams, focusing on leading your team to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Prioritize colleagues' development through coaching and guidance.
  • Set targets, review progress, and create improvement plans.
  • Be solutions-driven, resolving operational issues and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Monitor and deliver KPIs, taking necessary actions to meet targets.

About You:

Besides being a people person who can operate swiftly and think creatively, you should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment.
  • Team management experience is desirable but not essential.
