Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join the DC team in Speke, Liverpool.

This role involves working Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and control your area of responsibility in line with KPI targets and time constraints.
• Drive, develop, and lead a team of admin and warehouse colleagues through positive behaviour, attitude, conduct, and communication.
• Provide leadership, motivation, training, and development to your team.
• Report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.

• Maintain high pick accuracy levels.
• Utilize space and MHE efficiently, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Conduct relevant audits and workplace inspections.
• Collaborate with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and implement best practices.
