We have exciting opportunities for Warehouse Team Managers to join our NEW DC based in Ellesmere Port.This will be working Monday - Friday on a rotational basis. 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pmAs a Warehouse Team Manager, you will lead, manage and control your area of responsibility in line with area specific KPI targets and time constraints.Through positive behaviour and attitude, conduct and communication, you will drive, develop and lead a successful team of admin and warehouse colleagues.You will provide effective leadership, motivation, training and development to your team and will report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivating leader. In addition to the relevant experience you must also be able to demonstrate the following: - Good DC practice knowledge
