Warehouse Team Leader

£32,000 per annum | Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm (30-minute paid lunch)

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to lead a dynamic team at our site.

What you'll be doing:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the operation, leading a team of around 15 people per shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring productivity targets are met
2. Managing team performance including holidays, sickness, reviews, and investigations
3. Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site

What we're looking for:

1. Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or supervisory role
2. Strong people management skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
3. MHE and/or Counterbalance experience is preferred but not essential
