• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement d'entrepôt pénitentiaire.
• Excellentes compétences en communication à tous les niveaux.

Job description

Position: Warehouse Team Leader

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: HMP Wayland - Thetford (IP25 6RL)

Salary: £26,262.83

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days

Note: The role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced Security Vetting Process.

Requirements: You will need 3 years of address history in the UK.

About the Role

HMPPS provides prisoners with the means to order goods using their own funds. At DHL, our role is to manage the picking, packing, and distribution of these orders. No two days are the same on our HMPPS contract! You will play an integral role in supporting prisoners' rehabilitation, working with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, while also being hands-on with picking and packing
• Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse operation (located onsite at the prison)
• Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to inmates
• Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded

Candidate Requirements

• The ability to work in a prison warehouse environment
• Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable)
• Good communication skills across all levels
• Current 3 years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
