Working hours (shifts on a rotational basis):

Monday to Friday
04:45 to 13:15
13:45 to 21:15
20:45 to 05:15

Pay, benefits and more

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £13.60 per hr, with an additional £2.73 per hour when working between 18:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives safely, efficiently, and fully compliant with site policies and procedures.
• Supervise the operation, motivate and encourage the team to perform to the best of their ability.
• Understand the customer’s requirements, update on customer orders, and provide general customer feedback as required.
• Maintain reports on productivity, including mitigation and opportunities to improve.
• Contractor calls out as required.
• Support the investigation of incidents as required.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Essential: Previous knowledge of working within a warehouse environment
• Essential: Experience in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
• Essential: Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and Microsoft packages
• Essential: Supervisory experience or demonstrable experience stepping up to cover a supervisory role
• Essential: Demonstrable experience of meeting customer requirements and meeting objectives/KPIs
• Essential: Good customer service and communication skills
