The working hours areShifts, on a rotational basis:

Monday to Friday

04:45 to 13:15

13:45 to 21:15

20:45 to 05:15

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £13.60 per hr, in addition and extra £2.73 ph when working between 1800-0600

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives safely, efficiently, and fully compliant with site policies and procedures.
• supervising the operation, motivate, encourage team to perform to the best of their ability.
• Understanding the customer’s requirements, updating on customer orders and providing general customer feedback as required.
• Maintain reports on productivity, including mitigation and opportunities to improve.
• Contractor calls out as required.
• Support the investigation of incidents as required.
• Ensure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Essential:Previous knowledge of working within a warehouse environment
• Essential:It’s important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced environment – no two days will be the same and we need you to think on your feet.
• Essential:Good knowledge of warehouse management systems & microsoft packages.
• Essential:Supervisory experience or demonstrable experience of stepping up to cover Supervisory role
• Essential:Demonstrable experience of meeting customer requirements and meeting objectives/KPI’s that are set.
