Job Title: CDC Team Leader

Location: Coatbridge, ML5

Reports To: CDC Manager

Shift Times/Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 11pm - 7am (Saturday)

Hourly Rate: £13.32 + Shift Allowance

Job Purpose:

To motivate and lead team members in achieving daily operational targets, manage the Boots Cross Dock operation efficiently within budget, and support team development.

Objectives:

1. Drive operational performance to meet or exceed productivity and quality targets aligned with KPIs.
2. Implement staffing plans to ensure optimal output, escalating concerns as needed.
3. Ensure staff understand and are trained in Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and related SOPs, with annual refreshers.
4. Deliver training on operational procedures, emphasizing housekeeping and compliance with GDP and Transport SOPs.
5. Promote and support a positive IIP culture through team briefings, training, and managing attendance issues.
6. Support departmental and company objectives in collaboration with the management team.
7. Carry out additional reasonable requests from management to support company initiatives.
