You'll provide leadership and guidance for your warehouse team, ensuring that the team have all the tools they need to do their role and that the operation runs smoothly.

About the Role

This is a full time, permanent position, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, 18:00 - 06:00. Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £37,438.52 per annum and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Typical Day

• Lead your team in a fast-paced picking operation
• Support with all 1-2-1 and appraisals
• Support the shift manager with engaging with the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads
• Lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you'll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
