Warehouse Team Leader - Livingston - £25,389

The Position

• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Livingston.
• Rate of pay: £25,389 per annum.
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
• Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts between 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 10:00-18:00.
• Working Environment: Mixed.

You will be required to:

• Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and ensure correct loading into trailers against drivers' paperwork, checking the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
• Ensure delivery checkers are confident in their ability to perform basic arithmetic without a calculator.
• Respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Meet your own and the team's KPIs.
• Conduct and document weekly supervision sessions with each team member.
• Monitor audit data to provide performance feedback regarding output and error rates.
• Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be aged 18 years or over.
