Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Worksop operation. You will lead a team across the shift, drive performance, and ensure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are met daily.

In this role you will support the Shift Manager, organise and coach colleagues, manage stock reception and handling, and maintain clear communication to keep operations running smoothly and under control.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally within a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• A proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.
• Professional, approachable and supportive in the way you work with others.

• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance, making sure all processes and records are completed accurately.

• Support the smooth running of goods in and warehouse operations so stock is received, handled and made available efficiently.
• Coach, support and develop team members to maximise performance and encourage progression.
• Support people processes, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, in line with company procedures.

Job Description

Shift: 4 on 4 off Days 07:00 - 19:00, 40.25 hours per week

Salary: £28,505 per annum, plus £2,000 per annum shift allowance

We are looking for a confident and hands‑on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Worksop operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast‑paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.
