Warehouse Team Leader | £30,000 | Permanent | Poole

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Leader to join our well-established team in Poole. In this role, you will play a vital part in the stores and goods out department, working closely with production to ensure smooth operations. This position offers a clear pathway for progression and is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills and advance their career.

This is a permanent role that provides opportunities for growth within the company. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Warehouse department and facilitating effective communication between the warehouse and stores.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a small team of warehouse staff, delegating tasks based on priorities and skills.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Track stock levels, manage internal replenishment, and maintain data accuracy in systems.
  • Update databases regularly and ensure efficient workflow during shifts.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in a warehouse and/or stores department.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills for liaising across departments.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to support staff effectively.
