Pod Talent is recruiting for a fast-growing international consumer brand with a strong presence across e-commerce, retail and wholesale channels. Operating from a highly automated distribution centre, the business is investing in its warehouse leadership team to support increasing volumes and maintain exceptional service standards across global markets.

We are looking for experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to lead inbound quality or outbound fulfilment in a busy KPI-driven distribution

Qualifications

Proven experience leading teams within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Experience in KPI-driven operations, using data to drive results.
Excellent communication skills across all levels.
Proactive, organized, and focused on continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 10 warehouse associates, creating a high-performing culture.
Plan and deploy labour resources to meet daily priorities and service levels.
Monitor performance against KPIs relating to productivity, quality, accuracy, throughput.
Ensure health & safety, stock integrity and operational excellence are maintained.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
