Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a Team Lead for our Wakefield Depot to bridge supervisors and warehouse staff with hands-on leadership. You will ensure safe, tidy operations and drive efficiency through effective delegation and prioritisation.

The role emphasises attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication. We offer a pro rata 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, health benefits, pension, and ongoing training opportunities.
