Pay Rate: £26,919.51
Grade: P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday- Friday (07:45-16:00)
Location: GL12 8BT - HMP Leyhill

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.

We're now seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to play an integral role in supporting inmates' rehabilitation while leading a diverse team.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, whilst also being hands on with picking and packing
  • Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison)
  • Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to the inmates
  • Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)
  • Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates
  • Have a good understanding of warehouse processes – but it's not a deal breaker as we will provide full training!
  • Have good communication skills
  • Holds a valid UK driving license (Essential)
