• Health and safety experience in a similar environment.

As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate, you’ll be responsible for:

Managing the day to day team operations within the distribution centre, with around 15 people per shift

Responsible for your team's holiday, sickness, reviews, investigations etc

Maintaining health and safety

This is a full time, permanent role, where you will be working Monday to Friday between 14:00pm - 22:00pm

Previous experience in a Team Leader/Manager role in a Distribution Centre/Warehouse environment

Health and safety experience in a similar environment

Passionate about leading, developing, mentoring your team

MHE and/or counterbalance is preferred but not essential
