Position Overview

We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our Wakefield Depot. In this role, you will serve as the link between supervisors and warehouse staff, providing immediate hands-on leadership and supervision to ensure maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinating, prioritising, and delegating warehouse activities.
2. Managing staff hours, sickness, and holidays to ensure smooth operations.
3. Motivating and developing staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Physical Requirements

In this role, you will be required to stand and walk for most of your shift, as well as lift products up to 15kg, and bend, twist, kneel, and crouch as needed.
