What you'll do:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be leading a team towards achieving business goals. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensure health and safety standards are met, develop reporting mechanisms to monitor performance, manage customer interfaces and expectations, and monitor progress against KPIs and budgets.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate will have at least GCSEs including Maths and English, a Counterbalance FLT License, previous management experience, strong IT skills (especially in Microsoft Office), and excellent data interpretation skills. A commitment to self and team development is essential.
