Job summary

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Heston to guide a team of operatives in achieving targets and maintaining safe, accurate stock movement. You will monitor service levels and uphold quality standards while fostering strong customer and supplier relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and training to maximise team performance in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or contract logistics environment.
• Experience in a supervisory, team leader or senior warehouse operative role.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to motivate others and drive results.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A flexible attitude and willingness to support operational requirements.
• A positive mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Shifts: Monday-Friday -Days
