Warehouse Team Leader

West Thurrock, RM20 3LB

Permanent

45 hours per week. Starting at 6am and finishing at 3pm, on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these times to suit business needs.

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join us. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, this role will be responsible for:

Key Accountabilities:

• Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full.
• Providing a high quality service to suit customers’ needs.
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives.
• Supervising a team of operatives for a smooth running of operations across all shifts.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
• Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team.
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG.
• FLT Licence or experience is desirable.
• Manual handling experience desirable; however, full training will be provided during induction.
• Customer Service skills.
