About The Role

Warehouse Team Leader

You will play an essential role within the branch support function helping us to be the largest distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to our customers. As a warehouse Team Leader you will be accountable for maintaining the smooth operation of a process/ department/section of the warehouse through allocation of tasks, coaching colleagues, the initial management of team performance to ensure departmental key performance indicators (KPI’s) are achieved and our customers receive an outstanding service. Together we will continue to deliver an efficient, safe and vital healthcare service to our customers.

Permanent Contract – immediate start available.

Full and part time roles, up to 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week. 14:00 to 22:00 (shift start and finish times may vary) Monday to Friday!

Basic qualifications & Skills required:

Clear communication skills
Good problem-solving skills to resolve queries
Previous good distribution practice ‘GDP’ experience is desirable
