Location: Southampton (Chilled Environment)
Salary: £25,701 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
Shifts: Rotating between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
Own transport required

We're hiring a Warehouse Shift Leader to join a growing supply chain operation based in Southampton. This is a hands-on leadership role, working within a chilled environment to ensure high levels of accuracy and team performance.

What you'll be doing:

Leading a small warehouse team to meet daily KPIs

Auditing outbound deliveries to ensure all stock matches the required paperwork

Verifying incoming stock and highlighting any discrepancies

Providing regular performance feedback through documented supervisions

Monitoring error rates and maintaining accurate audit records

Ensuring health and safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld at all times

What we're looking for:

Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience, ideally in a team leader or auditing role

Confident with numbers - strong mental arithmetic is essential

Comfortable working in a chilled environment and on your feet for long periods

Ability to follow both verbal instructions and audible warning systems

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Must be 18 or over

Own transport is essential due to shift times and site location
