Job summary

Alexander Dennis Limited is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to support the Operations Manager in running a fast-paced warehouse operation. You will lead and motivate the warehouse team, ensure customer demands are met, and champion health and safety standards.

You will drive continuous improvements across the site, oversee training and performance management, and ensure effective communication across the business to achieve operational objectives.

What You\'ll Do

We need a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to support the Operations Manager in running a fast-paced warehouse operation. You\'ll lead and motivate the warehouse team, ensure customer demands are met, champion health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvements across the site.

We\'re looking for you to lead and support the warehouse team to deliver daily operational targets in a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. You will champion company values, ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards, oversee training and performance management, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves managing team resources, maintaining high housekeeping standards, monitoring operational performance, supporting site leadership when required, and ensuring effective communication across the business to achieve operational objectives.
