Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Days Warehouse Team Leader to join our Lutterworth hub. You will lead a team responsible for parcels handling, sorting and scanning, ensuring targets are met and safety and quality standards are upheld.

This on-site role at Magna Park offers an 08:00–19:00 schedule, a 4-in-7 pattern, and £13.71 per hour. You will motivate staff, drive performance, and foster a positive, results-driven culture.

About the role:

As a Days Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring parcels are handled with precision, operational targets are met, and safety and quality standards are top-notch. You'll lead a fantastic team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day while driving performance and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.

Location: Harrier Parkway Hurricane 258, Magna Park, Lutterworth LE17 4XT

Shift Pattern: Any 4 in 7

Hours: 08:00am - 19:00pm

Salary: £13.71 per hour

5 Minutes from M1 Junction 20 & 10 Minutes from M6 Junction 1

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure warehouse processes for efficient parcel handling, sorting and scanning are followed.
• Train and develop new team members, helping them achieve and maintain performance standards.
• Support the Supervisors and Shift Managers by identifying and escalating challenges and problem solving to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, upholding both company policies and health & safety standards.

What we need from you:

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Understanding of / familiarity working in a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Team Leading or supervisory experience desirable.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable to support Warehouse Operatives with physical parcel handling activities when needed.
• A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
• Right to work in the UK
