N Brown is seeking a Team Leader for our Logistics hub in Shaw, Oldham. You will lead, coach and develop the Logistics Operational colleagues to meet objectives and SLAs while driving continuous improvement with lean six sigma to keep our operation efficient.
You’ll handle shift pattern 4 on/4 off (1:30pm–1am), log attendance, manage absences, uphold Health & Safety, and ensure cost-effective resource use, handovers and timely good quality service for customers.
As a Team Leader for N Brown you’ll work to effectively manage operational processes, resource and colleagues within our Logistics operation. You’ll provide an excellent customer experience for all of our internal and external customers within agreed objectives and SLA’s and you’ll drive change through a continuous improvement culture. We’re looking for people that are passionate about leading people and you’ll be a role model for our core behaviours and be a true advocate for our culture!
Shift pattern: 4 days on 4 days off. Your working hours will be 1:30pm to 1am.
Location: Our Logistics hub is located in Shaw, Oldham. It can be easily accessed via Tram which is a just few minutes walk away and we also offer free car parking for anyone who wishes to drive to the site
