Salary: £14.48 per hour
Contract: Permanent, full time contract, subject to 3 month probation period.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week across 4 days, including 1 in 4 Sundays on a rota basis. Typical hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm.
We are looking for a
Warehouse Team Leader to join our team! In this hands-on role, you will lead and support the day-to-day operations across our warehouse sites, helping to maintain smooth, efficient, and accurate processes. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy, timely distribution, and a safe working environment for your team.
As part of our Warehouse & Distribution Team, you’ll play a key role in leading a high-performing team. Supporting the Warehouse & Distribution Line Manager & colleagues across various departments to ensure that customer expectations are met, stock is managed accurately, in driving team performance, upholding our health and safety standards, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
If you have:
- Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Good working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes
- A valid Counterbalance or Reach truck licence
And you are:
- An effective communicator and supportive team leader
- Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to problem solving

About The Role
As our
Warehouse Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations across three sites, on Brunel Road. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting production schedules.
You’ll be responsible for leading a team to achieve operational targets, maintain safety standards, and deliver accurate and timely service to internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a key role in training and developing team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
