Rise Technical Recruitment in Milton Keynes is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to drive day-to-day warehouse operations and people leadership within a fast-moving environment.

You will oversee Goods In, Goods Out, Distribution and Stores, manage a team of around 10 staff on a 3 on 3 off shift (6am–6pm), and play a key role in training and progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution and logistics.
• Manufacturing or engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities
