Job description

Our client near Hayes is seeking an IT Literate Warehouse Team Leader. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics, especially in a supervisory or team leader role overseeing 2 staff, is required.

This position follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern:

• Days: 6am - 6pm
• Nights: 1pm - 1am

The primary responsibilities include managing and reviewing emails, facilitating effective communication between internal teams, delegating tasks, overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining organizational standards. The role also involves leveraging technology to improve workflow, overseeing X-ray screening procedures, and ensuring shipment safety compliance.
