Pay Rate:

£25,000

Contract Type:

Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time) 12 months

Shift patterns:

Any 5 from 7 - AM/PM shifts

Location:

Harmondsworth (UB7 0EX)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

• Ensuring operational KPIs are met and exceeded
• Training colleagues on specific processes and tasks to ensure standards and best practices are followed
• Monitoring team performance and conducting reviews
• Reconciling stock levels within the Warehouse against deliveries and picks
• Leading, motivating, and encouraging team members to perform at their best
• Managing the accurate and timely dispatch of orders to offenders
• Monitoring and reporting security concerns to the Security Manager (DHL/HMPS)
• Ensuring compliance with all work instructions
• Working in accordance with HMP rules and regulations

This role would suit people who have:

• A flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
• Excellent organisational skills with speed and accuracy
• A good understanding of operational processes
• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Warehouse experience
• Previous management experience

Security process to work within aviation and travel at DHL:

• Ability to provide five years of address history
• Ability to provide five years of reference history (employment, education, benefit claims, character references)
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
