32,000 per annum + bonus + bens including pension up to 9% salary Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm (30-minute paid lunch)

What you'll be doing:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the operation, leading a team of around 15 people per shift.

Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring productivity targets are met
Managing team performance including holidays, sickness, reviews, and investigations
Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or supervisory role
Strong people management skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
MHE and/or Counterbalance experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
