About the role:

We’re looking for a new Team Leader to join our warehouse team. This vital role involves supporting warehouse operations and ensuring company policies and expectations are met. You will be involved in stock checks, labeling, sorting orders, and communicating updates effectively to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring accurate paperwork for deliveries and adherence to processes.
• Handle parcels with care, especially fragile or large items, following procedures to prevent damages and costs.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Shift Managers to foster a positive and efficient working environment.
