Warehouse Team Leader - Day Shift
Location: Colchester, Essex Pay Rate: 14.56 per hour: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (full-time)

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join our growing team in Colchester, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid warehouse and leadership experience to step into a key role within a busy, well-established operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Monitor productivity and ensure health & safety compliance

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

• Train new staff and support team development

• Ensure all paperwork is completed and digital records updated

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Reliable, with a steady and consistent work history

• A hands-on, lead-by-example approach

• Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) - desirable but not essential
