Warehouse Team Leader Job Description

Supporting the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.

Carrying out return to work interviews.

Managing and motivating the team to ensure productivity is achieved.

Developing and training all team members to maximize their contributions.

Conducting daily briefings to keep the team informed of relevant information.

Ensuring all warehouse areas comply with the company's Health & Safety and hygiene policies.

Achieving shift performance targets.

Utilizing available resources to their full potential at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Strong warehouse experience.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proactive with decision-making abilities.
4. Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
5. Computer literate.
