Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a capable Warehouse Floor Leader to oversee an assigned area, manage staff, and coordinate operations. You will ensure safe practices, coach the team, and support performance processes while driving improvements and handling ad hoc projects.

The role requires leadership experience in logistics or ecommerce, the ability to manage teams, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems. Shifts rotate and flexibility is essential in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics or ecommerce.
• Experience managing teams in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and adapt to peak periods.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and warehousing processes.
