The Harrier Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to drive daily operations across three sites. You will lead a motivated team to ensure accurate deliveries, maintain efficient workflows, and uphold high safety standards.

You will be an effective communicator, calm under pressure, and committed to accuracy, health and safety, and continuous improvement. Experience with inventory control and licences to operate counterbalance or reach trucks is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Valid Counterbalance or Reach truck licence.
