We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Team Leader to oversee our production processes at Ecomnova. This key role within our organization will ensure the efficient and effective operation of our production team, guaranteeing that all products are completed to the highest standards and delivered on time. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of production staff, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Implement and enforce production standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and address issues proactively.
• Conduct line safety inspections before initiating production and report any concerns to the appropriate manager
• Responsible for ensuring that recipe standards are adhered to, ensuring that flower product quality is maintained
• Working alongside the production team· Experience within the flower industry is preferred but not essential.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications by monitoring the production process, conducting basic tests, and performing quality checks. Implement any necessary corrective actions and report any issues to the Production Manager as needed..
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately completed before, throughout, and after each product run
• Collaborate with managers to uphold high standards, ensuring a seamless flow in manufacturing operations and the punctual completion of process control documentation to meet targets.
• Offer training and guidance to production staff and line leaders as needed

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a production supervisor or team leader in a relevant industry. Flower experience: (preferred)
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in implementing safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Good understanding of English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Self motivated and ambitious
• Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and flexible to business' needs

Experience:

• Production experience: 2 years Flower experience: (preferred)
