We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help oversee specific tasks, support team members, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities:

Task Support and Monitoring:

• Assist in coordinating daily warehouse tasks, such as receiving, shelving, picking, and packing orders.
• Monitor task progress and provide basic troubleshooting support.

Team Assistance:

• Act as the first point of contact for team members during daily operations.
• Help assign tasks and provide clear, simple guidance to ensure smooth execution.

Operational Reporting:

• Track team progress and share updates with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Participate in daily briefings to align team activities with broader goals.

Quality and Accuracy:

• Ensure team tasks meet required standards for quality and accuracy.
• Conduct basic checks to maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies.

Safety Awareness:

• Encourage safe work practices among team members and report any safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Help ensure adherence to warehouse policies and procedures.

Key Metrics

• Accuracy of completed tasks.
• Timeliness of daily team operations.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards.
