Job summary

Steatite Limited is seeking a Warehouse Systems & Inventory Specialist in Leominster to own stock accuracy and digital traceability across our precision manufacturing operation. You will help strengthen current stock management and contribute to shaping future ERP/WMS systems.

We require hands-on WMS/ERP experience, strong data integrity skills, and a background in manufacturing or engineering. The role offers development opportunities within a broader Solid State group and a structured career

Qualifications

• Solid experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse systems or stores management within manufacturing or engineering.
• Hands-on WMS/ERP experience with data integrity and traceability.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or 5S would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Improve stock accuracy and inventory integrity; ensure digital traceability across operations.
• Optimize warehouse and stock-control processes to increase efficiency.
• Work hands-on with ERP/WMS systems and inventory data.
• Manage cycle counts, reconciliations and root-cause analysis.
• Improve barcode/QR tracking and digital stock locations.
• Support transition to a new Microsoft ERP/WMS environment.
• Collaborate across Operations, Procurement, Engineering and Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse and inventory processes.

We currently use EPICOR, including WMS functionality, and we're developing a new Microsoft ERP solution with enhanced WMS integration. You will help strengthen how we manage stock today while playing an important part in shaping our future systems and processe
