We’re looking forWarehouse Supervisors to take responsibility for our repack operations at Princes Bradford. This is a full-time, permanent role working on shifts(6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm), offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum.

Salary of up to £28,000 per annum
25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy additional days

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead and supervise the repack team to deliver daily volumes safely, efficiently, and to customer specification
Oversee repack operations, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of work orders
Monitor productivity, provide coaching, and support staff development within the repack function
Ensure all paperwork, system updates, and reports are completed accurately
Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve queries and maintain service standards
Maintain a safe working environment, making sure H&S standards and company policies are followed
What you need to succeed:
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or production/repack environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good computer literacy, with basic Excel knowledge
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Confident communicator who can deal effectively with colleagues, drivers, and customers
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
