Warehouse Supervisor - Nights (Howdens)
Basingstoke (RG24 8BY)

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join us at our site in Basingstoke on a full-time basis. The working hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 22:00-6:30 (40 hrs with 30 mins unpaid break). Some flexibility may be required subject to business requirements.

The Role

As a Warehouse Night Supervisor, you will oversee the effective and safe running of our Basingstoke warehouse and its operation.

In this busy, hands-on role, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring customers receive a quick, efficient and high-quality service.

Leading by example, you’ll ensure the team follow H&S procedures and are up to date with all the relevant training.

You will also ensure products are safely handled through all inbound and outbound processes and vehicles are loaded and unloaded correctly with goods delivered on time.

About You

To be considered as a Warehouse Night Supervisor, you will need:

1. Previous experience working in a warehouse
2. Experience of leading and/or supervising a team
3. Good organisational and prioritisation skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. A detail-oriented approach
6. Proficiency in IT, including MS packages and email
7. The ability to work as part of a team
