• Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor, reporting directly into the Warehouse Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the back-shift (13:30 - 22:00), Monday to Friday.The key responsibilities for the role of Warehouse Supervisor based in Milton Keynes will be:

• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff to achieve departmental goals while maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and review processes, layouts, and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimise costs, and support continual improvement initiatives alongside senior leadership.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of operational reports and records.
• Plan and manage staffing levels, overtime, and workload distribution to meet deadlines efficiently while staying within budget.
• Supervise team productivity, provide coaching where needed, and uphold high standards in health & safety at all times.
• Maintain stock rotation, picking efficiency, and minimise damage, especially for temperature-sensitive or regulated items, while preserving stock integrity and availability.
• Share responsibility for opening/closing procedures, overnight call-outs etc.

The successful candidate for the role of Warehouse Supervisor based in Milton Keynes will have:
