Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role?
Our Warehouse Supervisors work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure that the store manages stock efficiently to generate sales. You will respond quickly and positively to fast-changing situations by creating a safe & productive working environment.
Each day is different in this varied, fast-paced, and hands-on role. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries, and donations, it is physically demanding but rewarding as you help fund life-saving research.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours a week over 5 days out of 7.What are we looking for?
Our stores are fast-paced and operate 7 days a week. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis is required.
At the British Heart Foundation (BHF), we offer a wide range of new and used quality furniture, clothing, jewelry, and more, available in store and online.
We raise funds for the BHF, connect with local communities, and help reduce waste across the UK. With over 700 stores, we prevent around 70,000 tonnes of unwanted items from landfill annually. We receive 1.6 million donated items and 9.8 million bags of donations each year, continuing to expand our reuse initiatives.
All our efforts support funding lifesaving research for heart and circulatory conditions. We are ambitious and determined to find cures and treatments sooner. Join us in this mission!
